A healing session is best described as deeply relaxed, focused watchfulness.
Gently closing your eyes, you will be brought through a series of guided imagery
techniques to deeper and deeper levels of full-body and mind relaxation. This
induction technique is very pleasant, calming and unhurried. You will be gently
guided down to Theta, the brainwave state one reaches just before one slips into
Delta, or sleep state. When you are deeply and completely relaxed, almost asleep,
the actual interactive experience begins. It is a state of being in your own
subconscious mind.You are aware of where you are, who you are with and, what you are
saying at all times, and you will always be in control. Continuing on, sharing and
moving through the images and experiences that are opening and the related scenario,
gives the therapist healer the answers sought. These emerge like pieces of a puzzle.
Most information, clarity and understanding of the memories, throws light on the way
out and forward. Once undesirable programming (root cause) at the subconscious level
